The so-called high-speed printers produced in Europe have a production capacity of (50,300) m/h. , but the price is very expensive and the cost performance is too low; while the production speed of the traditional flat screen printing machine is 1000m/h.
(3) At the current stage, digital printing technology cannot express the pattern effect of heavy layering that can be expressed by traditional printing technology.
(4) The penetration of digital printing ink (referring to whiteness) is not as good as that of traditional printing.
(5) The black performance concentration of various dyes and pigment inks in digital printing is slightly lower.
(6) Digital printing technology cannot express some spot colors, such as gold and silver, some fluorescent colors, and some intermediate colors mixed with white, such as aqua blue, aqua green, gouache, beige, etc., which need to be compensated by innovative technology.
